What You'll Need to Get Started

- A Google Account (if you have Gmail, you have this already.) Otherwise, sign up here.
- Adobe Digital Editions - Available for Free Download Here & an Adobe ID (ADE will have you set this up).

Buying your Google eBook
|
|
- Using the Search Google eBooks search form (to your upper left), search for the eBook you want to buy.
- Purchase your eBook. If you have logged
in to Bookshopwestportal.com using a NON-Google ID, the first time you
purchase an ebook, you will be prompted to link your purchase to your
Google Account. Say yes to everything.

Reading your Google eBook
|
|
- Open Adobe Digital Editions, and plug your Nook into the computer. The first time you do this, ADE will attempt to authorize your Nook. Whatever it asks you, SAY YES.
- You should now be able to see an icon of your Nook in the lower-left hand corner of ADE. Open your eBook in ADE, and click and drag it on top of the Nook icon. This will load your eBook onto your Nook.
- On your Nook, go to My Files to locate your eBook. Start reading!
