Testimonials
“Abby Caplin’s workshop brought together my wayward inspiration
and inconsistent motivation. The result has been a wealth of creativity
and insight that I was missing since being diagnosed with a chronic
illness. Being able to share with, and learn from, other people with
unique and heroic voices all their own has been an experience I will
value all my life.”

“The Mind Body Health Writing workshop helped me realize that the
isolation I feel is not unusual, and it has encouraged me to be more
open to people in my life. It has also helped me realize that I am
handling things much better than I give myself credit for! I recommend
this workshop. It is a place where one can be totally open, without
being judged, and gain a lot of insight into how to handle illness.”
